LOWER STATIC ELONGATION: Static elongation measures how much a rope stretches with a 176 lb weight tied to one end. A good percentage is right around 7 percent. Higher static elongation generally indicates less efficiency because energy is wasted through rope stretch.

5.Don’t lend the rope to others: It is dangerous to use the rope which has crack, and you don’t know it
